During this initial 30-minute travel consultation, you'll speak directly with our founder and lead advisor, Katy. We want this call to be valuable for you, so the more information you provide below, the better we can tailor our assistance to your needs. To optimize your time and ours, here are a few key points to keep in mind before we hop on:
Destinations
We can plan your travels anywhere in the world. We actually love it when the destination isn’t settled yet. While we have extensive expertise in many areas, we also collaborate with trusted consultants when needed, ensuring you receive the best guidance and recommendations.

Our goal is to understand you and your travel preferences inside out. During the early stages of our relationship (particularly for your first few trips), there will be more back and forth to ensure we’re getting it right. We're here to simplify the process and save you time, so we streamline our communication as much as possible.
travel budget
We cater to a range of budgets, offering accommodations from unique boutique 3-stars to fully pampered 5 star establishments, all meeting our criteria in design, service, and sustainability. To ensure that we can provide you with the best possible 1:1 service, we find that a minimum investment of €400 per night works best for our Curated Stays service, and €400/person/day for our Curated Trips concierge service (not including airfare and planning fees). This allows us to design the most fulfilling experiences for you.

Our Fees
We prioritize your satisfaction above mere commissions. This sometimes entails arranging accommodations for you that we may not have a direct affiliation with. Our commitment to placing you in the best lodgings for YOU (rather than our own financial gain) is the cornerstone of our business model, supported by traveler planning fees.
Please refer to the price list provided below, bearing in mind that costs might fluctuate based on variables such as rush planning, number of travelers, travel season, and destination:
Curated Stays – Accommodation curation, starting at €400/week of travel
Curated Trips – full trip planning concierge service, starting at €700/week of travel
